No. All prices are starting estimates and may change based on scope, configuration, users, branches, deployment, support and source-code access. A final quotation is provided after discussing the buyer’s requirements.
A one-time licence normally covers one approved activation, standard installation assistance, basic training and 30 days of free bug-fix support. Custom work and ongoing maintenance are quoted separately unless included in the agreement.
An active subscription normally includes standard support and applicable product updates. New custom modules, major workflow changes and special integrations are charged separately.
One licence permits one activation. The same rule applies to current and future DevArif products unless a quotation or agreement explicitly provides a different arrangement.
No. A standard licence is limited to one company or one branch and one activation. Additional businesses, branches or installations require additional licences or a multi-branch agreement.
No. Full source code is not automatically included with the standard licence. A buyer may request source-code ownership or access under a separate, higher-priced agreement.
A standard licence does not permit unrestricted resale or redistribution. Affiliate, referral or reseller opportunities require a separate agreement with defined commissions and rights.
Yes. DevArif accepts custom ERP, POS, management-system and business-software projects when the requirements, timeline, price and delivery terms are clearly agreed.
Delivery depends on the product and scope. A small configuration or simple product may take about 2–3 days, while a larger custom system may require approximately 1–2 months. DevArif aims to complete approved work as soon as practical without reducing quality.
The quotation is prepared after discussing the required features, users, branches, reports, integrations, deployment environment, support expectations, source-code needs and delivery schedule.
Yes. Work begins after the agreed advance payment is received. Ready-made products normally use 50% advance and 50% before final activation or deployment, unless the quotation states otherwise.
A milestone payment divides a larger project into stages. A typical custom-project arrangement is 30% to begin, 40% after a working demonstration and 30% before final deployment and handover. The final schedule is confirmed in the quotation.
DevArif can accept quotations and payments in BDT, USD, USDT, Malaysian ringgit (MYR/RM) and Chinese renminbi (CNY/RMB). The payment channel is confirmed directly with the buyer.
Requirements may be changed through an approved scope revision. New features or major changes can affect the price and timeline, so they are confirmed separately before implementation.
For milestone-based projects, a working demonstration is normally provided at the relevant review stage. Final deployment and handover occur after the remaining agreed payment is completed.
Depending on the product, DevArif can install software on the buyer’s hosting or server, a Windows PC, a local network or a cloud server. The correct deployment method is selected during requirement discussion.
Domain, hosting, server, computer, network, hardware and third-party service costs are normally paid by the buyer unless the written quotation explicitly includes them.
It depends on the product and deployment. Web-based and cloud installations require internet access. Locally deployed or offline-capable products may work without continuous internet, subject to the agreed configuration.
Standard installation assistance is normally included with a one-time licence for the agreed deployment environment. Complex server work, migration or third-party integrations may require an additional quotation.
Yes. Basic training is normally provided so the buyer or assigned staff can understand the main workflow, settings and daily use of the purchased software.
A one-time licence normally includes 30 days of free bug-fix support after delivery. The exact period and coverage are stated in the quotation or agreement.
Yes. Paid maintenance, extended support, major updates and new custom development can be arranged after the included support period ends.
Backup assistance and updates depend on the product, deployment and support plan. Active subscriptions normally include standard support and applicable updates, while custom backup management may be quoted separately.
Data import or migration may be available after reviewing the source format, data quality and required mapping. Migration is included only when it appears in the approved quotation.
Yes. DevArif provides software products and custom development services worldwide. Requirements, demonstrations, payments and delivery can be managed remotely.
Communication is available in English, Bangla, Malay and Hindi. Clear written requirements are recommended for important project decisions and approvals.
Buyers may communicate through WhatsApp, email, the website contact form, Google Meet, Zoom or another suitable platform.
The normal response time is approximately 1–12 hours, depending on timezone, day or night and availability. Urgent messages should include a clear summary of the issue or requirement.
Yes. Meeting times can be coordinated around the buyer’s timezone when possible. Include the preferred date, local time and platform in the meeting request.
DevArif currently supports BDT, USD, USDT, MYR/RM and CNY/RMB. Buyers using another currency can request an equivalent quotation and an agreed payment arrangement.
The buyer remains responsible for and controls the business data entered into the software. Hosting, backup and access arrangements should be defined during deployment.
Access control depends on the product and configuration. Products may use accounts, roles and permissions to limit what different users can view or change.
No professional developer should promise that complex software will never experience a defect. DevArif tests products carefully, provides an agreed support period and resolves reproducible issues covered by the support terms.
Important requirements should be documented in the quotation, written scope, messages or an approved specification. Clear written approval reduces misunderstandings and protects both buyer and developer.
